Cabin Crew

Inflight Service Training Activities started with the establishment of the MEA training Center in 1960, located in Beirut, and designed to meet the Internationally set training requirements for cabin crew and flight crew. The In-flight Training Center Section is equipped with devices to facilitate the Instruction of Cabin Crew members. So far, around 3600 Cabin Crew members were trained. Basic Flight Attendant courses are given periodically at the rate of minimum 4 classes per year. Training of Cabin Crew follows a professional and strict pattern which earned a well deserved reputation in the Middle East Area. Knowledge of at least two foreign languages is a must for recruitment, currently most of our Cabin Crew trainees are University Graduates. Training meet Lebanese Civil Aviation Authorities requirement for Cabin and Flight Crew. The Center is equipped with the necessary devices to facilitate the Instruction such as

  • Large well equipped classrooms
  • Emergency Safety and Security Procedures
  • Use of Safety Equipment (Practical) on MEA Fleet
  • Inflight Service Training is carried on A320/A321 and A330 Aircrafts.
