For many years the T & D Center has accumulated a wide variety of test batteries for recruitment or assessment purposes covering most aspects of the Airline Business.

Moreover, this Center is ready to design and implement any type of tests requested by clients from inside or outside MEA.

As well, design of questionnaires intended to measure or assess responses to any activity is also possible and already experienced by the T&D team or by its contracted part-time experts.

The Training & Development Department also coordinate all training in favor of MEA staff taking place outside MEA premises whether at IATA Training Center, AACO, American University of Beirut or others Training Institutions. The Training & Development as well hosts Training Courses and sessions sponsored by others company and authorities. Such as the Lebanese Civil Aviations, Airport Security authority and the like. In that respect Training & Development facilities are put under the disposal of these institutions when possible against no charge in principle.

A team of researchers including prominent names of University Professors in Lebanon is ready in the area of Human Resources & Training to undertake any request for consultancy in these fields.
