I would like to congratulate the whole MEA for the understanding service.
Over the years, MEA has become my favorite airline, a true boutique company. What I appreciate most is the overall generosity. The business lounge is the biggest in the world, in business class you get 2 meter leg space, in economy I really like the static seats and top entertainment. Unlike other airlines, redeeming your miles is ‘no problem’ (this year I enjoyed 4 free tickets to Brussels, big thanks).
Let me also mention the fantastic on-flight diners. The salmon on MEA flight Brussels-Beirut (on Monday Jan 3) was simply outstanding.
So, keep up the good ‘no-nonsense’ work, never change a winning team and please keep the planes flying directly to my home country Belgium.

It affords me Great pleasure and enthusiasm to write these few words and to commend the economy class cabin crew of flight ME571 from Beirut to Abidjan on Thursday 10th February 2010. For once, I really felt proud to be Lebanese and to identify myself with the kind of Hospitality and Image our Airline is supposed to reflect. No words are fit enough to describe the care, attention, smile and devotion to duty that this crew in particular showed... It was echoed by most passengers; and I deemed it my duty not to let it pass without mentioning; let aside a word of thanks to a job well done.
